I wanted to thank you again for making our Middletown De bathroom renovation project such a HUGE success. This was a major renovation of TWO bathrooms in the home we recently purchased, and there was a lot riding on it. Working with Andrew Viohl and AW Viohl Contracting Team was a pleasure from start to finish. Andrew and his team handled each challenge extremely well, from the schedule, to commuting from North Wilmington to Middletown, and our requests to change bathroom products and finishes. The most impressive thing to me was when Andrew and his team came across a challenge or question; they always came to us with a viable solution. We absolutely love the end result. From the start of the project to the finish, it went very smoothly. I was also impressed with the professionalism of Andrew and his team. Andrew, his crew, and sub-contactors did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Starting with Todd who reviewed the options available for my bathroom remodel, to Andrew and Chris who demolished and removed the existing tub, tile walls, tile floor, and trim with no damage to the rest of the house. Then installed the vanity, tub surround, floor, and trim. The plumber corrected the problems with the pipe and drain that caused the initial leak problem by updating to newer materials. He verified that there was no lasting damage or mold under the old tub before installing the new tub. The electrician added the tub ceiling light, an additional outlet in the sink area and updated the existing units to GFCI standards. The painter matched the existing wall color and painted the trim with no dribbles or drops. Andrew was responsive to my questions and accommodating to my schedule. Good job!

Andrew and his team were the best! Iâ ve had 2 bathrooms remodeled. The team was very professional and polite. Drew kept me informed of each step along the way. Love the way my new bathrooms look!!

When some of the materials that came from the lumber yard were not of good quality Andrew the owner sent them back and got and used nothing but the beast materials .Brent Chris and Brian and Todd and Andrew were real personable easy to talk to and work with . They worked very hard to get our job done in 100 degree heat.i would highly recommend aw viohl contracting and will be using them again .

Working with Andrew and his Dream Team have been an awesome experience. Our deck and screened porch are beautiful! The quality of construction, the attention to detail, and the finish work were excellent. They arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards, and were very respectful. Andrew and his crew were awesome. They torn down our 30+ year old deck. They discovered some issues after the tear down and addressed them properly and to our satisfaction. The new deck with double wide stairs exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond ensuring we were happy with all aspects of the design and building process.

Very professional and responsive. Work quality was excellent. The crew was attentive to our needs and very flexible in accommodating our minor changes and adjustments during the project. We were completely satisfied with the first project renovating two bathrooms. We hired Viohl for a second renovation of the third bath. We highly recommend Viohl.

My basement was the first project then both bathrooms , paint full house , carpet and floors full house and now kitchen. Andrew has great ideas and is very professional as is all of his team . Great communication and friendly. The work is exceptional. I have trusted Andrew and his company with my whole house and I am already thinking of more projects to call him for next year.
