Hired company to determine the problem with my home theater system which it did: damaged HDMI circuit in the AV receiver. I removed the receiver and had it repaired. Ready to have the company to reinstall the receiver, I sent a text message to arrange a time for the company to reinstall. A time was set up, and, despite a reminder from me, no one responded or contacted me. Had to reinstall me.

The reason I selected five stars for each category is that the experience was outstanding in every way. Immediate response to set an appointment. Text and call as the appointment time was near. Ty is so very knowledgeable. He was extremely patient and so tolerant of my lack of understanding to navigate streaming channels, a new remote, etc. The tv was wall mounted with hidden wires and all the set up was completed for me. I felt the cost was more than fair. I would highly recommend Ty for any similar project. I am beyond satisfied.
