"The reason I selected five stars for each category is that the experience was outstanding in every way. Immediate response to set an appointment. Text and call as the appointment time was near. Ty is so very knowledgeable. He was extremely patient and so tolerant of my lack of understanding to navigate streaming channels, a new remote, etc. The tv was wall mounted with hidden wires and all the set up was completed for me. I felt the cost was more than fair. I would highly recommend Ty for any similar project. I am beyond satisfied."
