It is always a pleasure to work with Arthur. He is a skilled individual that takes close attention to detail. Due to his experience, he is able to revert quickly on cycle revisions to help get plans approved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend working with Arthur.

Hands down, Arthur is the real deal! Not only did he make our project happen, he made it fun. He was always available for the numerous questions we had, proposed creative solutions, and was very affordable. I would use Arthur again without hesitation and recommend him to anyone that needs design/draftsman services.

Arthur was recommended by a business acquaintance of a friend. I thought I was going to need to hire an architect for the addition of a shower in our tiny downstairs half-bath, but for a very reasonable price, Arthur was able to get the plans drawn and submitted to the county for approval. In the design process, he even suggested a layout we hadn't considered and ended up using. I really appreciated his expertise, reliability, creativity, and excellent communication skills. I think our unique bathroom turned out great, and I can't wait to decorate it!

Arthur is awesome, quick and convenient to work with. I was referred to him by a contractor I know and we had to get some plans done for a house that a tree fell through. Arthur was efficient easy to get a hold of actually got it done really quick and all around great to work with. I already referred him to some contractors I know and will definitely call him on the next time. I need this type of service.

    We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located.
  6. Bankruptcy Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
