Alvin was incredibly professional and with little direction set up 4 TVs. They work quick and are perfectionists, cut no corners and got the job done right (including wiring and setting up in wall mounts). Would highly recommend.

Alvin was great to work with. He walked me through the process of having our TV’s mounted as this was new to me. He had excellent communication all along the way to the day of set up. He and his partner, James, did a great job getting our two tv’s mounted. We love it.

Alvin has set up the A/V systems and home office computer systems in my last 2 homes. He has been wonderful to work with. Not only is he an expert in these systems, but he also takes the time to understand what the client is looking for and explains the options in a way that a non-techy person like me can understand. He is also considerate of the budget and to keep options within those ranges. Alvin is professional in every way. He is consistently quick to respond to all communications and always shows up on time. I also appreciate that he takes care to respect your home/office and always cleans up everything at the end of the project. Alvin is also just a really nice person and has a great sense of humor. He is kind to animals and even my cats like him! If you need A/V services for an office or an entire home or business, Alvin is your guy. If I could give a 10 star review I would do it.

Alvin (owner) is personable, knowledgeable and professional. Performed eero network install and ran coax to connect additional TV to existing OTA antenna. Work was completed as promised with cabling secured neatly in basement and at network jacks. Used AV Multi-Media Solutions at my previous home and knew exactly who to call when I moved. Alvin did a fantastic job of communicating with from start to finish on the project. He initially met with us in our home and listened closely to what we thought we might want. He thoroughly described all of the possible options we had. He sent us an estimate and scheduled the work the following week. He did the TV frame install in an existing inlay over the mantle - looks awesome. I highly recommend you contact home for any of your audio visual needs. Brought ibis own shop vac to ensure the house was left spotless!!!!
