Octavio provided a detailed estimate, including the time required for the job, and assured me he would apply for the necessary 811 USA ticket before starting. After receiving the formal proposal via email, his wife called to confirm I had it and to address any questions. This personal touch was unique and greatly appreciated. Octavio and his crew arrived on time and completed the job as estimated. He also checked my water heater after cleaning up the worksite, ensuring everything was in order after turning off the gas line.
