A Step Up Window Cleaning

Great customer service. The tech Cody communicated well and worked hard to get the house siding and deck sparkling clean.

Had to check the work and send them back to redo part of the siding.

There were 2 men that came out and they did a great job. They even cleaned my screens. One worked outside and one inside.

On time, fast, efficient!

Thomas McArthur, the owner, has made no attempt to rectify the many problems and damage his workmen caused to our home and plants. We sent him emails, including many photos, left several phone messages, have spent hours, now, trying to get in touch with him through the Home Advisor Customer Solutions department, but still, no word back from Thomas to make things right. the one and only email from him to us put the blame on us for being dissatisfied with their work. The soap they used, which they promised to be safe for plants, smelled like bleach and damaged several landscape plants around the foundation of our home, a patch of grass in the front yard where they sat their cleaning supplies turned brown, and potted plants near the house that got wet with soapy water either whither completely or turned brown. Several windows were not rinsed off from the soap used in the power washing. When dry, the glass of our front door, all of our porch windows, all of our garage windows, and some of our second story windows were heavily streaked with a thick milky film. And still, they did not get the porch clean! The bid listed gutters to be "whitened/brightened" and the sidewalk and driveway to be rinsed down. None of this work was performed. Their ladder damaged a window frame, an area of the deck railing, and when one guy lifted a second ladder over the deck railing, he hit the siding and cracked a panel. The force of the power sprayer, that the other man said was so gentle that you could put your hand in from of it, took out chunks of a wood pillar. After that they sprayed quickly over the remaining pillars with water only, leaving them dirty as before. Several areas of siding were not even cleaned. NO house trim was cleaned. NO overhangs were cleaned. All of these areas remained with dirt, algae, and spiderwebs. Absolutely, NO brush cleaning was done to any areas of the exterior that power washing alone could not do. This is something that we were promised as part of their "professional" cleaning and their commitment to remove all the visible algae. However, the overlapped areas of our siding remain with dirt and algae making the sides of our house look like a bunch of "ones" marching across them. Getting all the dirt and, especially, the algae removed was the main reason we hired the work to be done. This was NOT a professional job by a long shot. The company site lists complimentary screen cleaning when the windows are washed. We were promised this, as well, by the person who works in the office and scheduled our job. It was only at our insistence that, at least, the metal around the screens were cleaned, but ,still, they left the screen material dirty. Some window tracks/sills were cleaned, most were not. They arrive on time finished quickly an efficient only had outside windows done and they were excellent. Would ego nicely use again
