Best price compared to other local companies. On time, friendly salesman/installers, and very pleasant to work with. Only suggestion is that the installers should use booties or a floor runner when walking in and out of the home.

Technical problem with AC unit was solved. However, service start time that was written on the bill was actually 20minutes ahead to technician's actual arrival. That made me very unhappy. I suggest start time should be agreed upon with customer at start of service time.

They arrived at the appointed time, reviewed my concerns, very thorough and completed the job extremely well. Cleaned up after themselves, however used my vacuum, might of been better to have their own...

This company is great. We had a complete system installed. The installation team were very informative and respectful. When they left it looked like no one had been here, it was clean. The sales person Eric was great he really helped us understand every thing about the system. He also was instrumental in helping to fine tune our system. I have never been involved with a company that really cared about customer service as AS Contrera does.

There were the only contractor who took the time to professionally analyze the problem and come up with a solution. They have the ability to make their own ductwork and test the results. They were able to improve a disaster left by 2 past contractors. However, it was very expensive.

Everything was great. I could not find another company to do the work. That being said I feel they were slightly, only slightly, overpriced. But again had no options, needed it done asap.

Very professional did a wonderful job. Will define fly use them in the future
