A&S seal coated an approx 4400 foot private street in our HOA. There is only one entrance/exit so during the process we had to get cars in and out, they accomplished this very well.Their workmanship was excellent. The whole process started on the right foot: they contacted us immediately and showed up for estimate/bid right on time. This unfortunately is rare in this area. Started on the day they promised and finished on time. A&S did a marvelous job keeping the seal coat off the concrete driveways. The proof will be in how long the seal coat holds up, hopefully close to 5 or more years. Bottom line: A&S was responsive, responsible and did what they said they would. I am more than satisfied with the job they did for us.

Great work and explained the process and repaired asphalt driveway and sealed it. Very happy with work done. The equipment used, looked brand new, even though he told me the equipment was 10 years old.
