Bought and changed my faucet at the same day. it is very hard to get plumbers in NYC within the same day.

I had (7) plumbers come to look at my issue and after they saw it, I heard nothing from them (probably bc it wasn't that big a job/inexpensive/not worth their time). Udi replied to my desperate request for an honest professional, responded quickly and did not overcharge me! Udi is now at the top top top of my list for ALL home repairs!! Don't waste your time calling anyone else. (Believe me!) Udi and ASAP Solutions, Inc is a one-stop shop!

The only reason I did not give this company 5 stars is that they were supposed to give me a price before the work started. From talking to the boss, I was anticipation around 250.00 at the most and instead it was 295.00 plus tax. They changed a plumbing pipe for us for a washing machine and cleaned out a very small bathroom sink. They were here for less than an hour and so I thought this was very expensive and especially without a quote. Too bad . I manage the building they worked in and could have given them a lot of work but high charge gets in the way. They did come very fast and I appreciate that.

This firm was absolutely fantastic! The work crew was professional and prompt and they did a beautiful job installing two new faucets in two bathrooms. They were competitively priced and we will look no further for any plumbing needs. ASAP was the right solution for us!

Extremely professional, showed up late but called to tell me their progress working on a previous job and showed up when they said they would. I was therefore able to run errands, make phone calls and work on my computer without wondering when they might show up. Showed respect for my time.

They did not tell me ahead of time they would charge me extra to come on the weekend which was frustrating. However, when there was a problem the following day, Udi promptly came back and fixed the problem for me.
