Kevin did an outstanding job of evaluating my basement project, making suggestions, and overseeing the 2 different crews that did the job. Both of the crews did a great job protecting the areas from getting any damage. We had closed cell foam sprayed on all the exterior walls and the sills, including underneath the 3 bay windows, The second crew sprayed a layer of cellulose that makes for a quiet wall all the way to the edge of each stud. They cleaned up after the job before they left.

Jim Clay gave the most comprehensive quote for our insulation project. He suggested a couple of options which thought would help regulate the temperature in our home. He explained everything that ARC insulators would be doing to our home. He told us about rebates that would be credited to our bill because of a blower door pressure test and gas appliance combustion test. He presented a well-written quote. The technician for the tests and the technicians who did the insulation work showed up on time. They explained everything they were doing thoroughly. When the work was done, we did a thorough walk-thru before the techs left. We are satisfied with the work performed. We are satisfied with the money we paid. We would recommend ARC Insulation to anyone seeking recommendations.

Robert Moore was very knowledgeable and experienced when he did the home assessment. He knew exactly what our attic needed. Then when the crew arrived a week later to do the job they were fast and efficient. Best part was they were very neat and organized when they were performing the work. Would recommend Arc insulation to all my friends and family.

First of 4 different insulation companies we contacted that actually responded, followed up on timely basis with proposal and schedule. Crew of two were very professional and friendly and did a through job, treating our home with care. Price-wise very competitive. Special shout out to Robert for coming out quickly, providing a proposal same day, and for coming back day after job was finished to inspect for quality. We give Arc Insulation rave reviews and we are very picky about work done in our home.

This is, in my opinion and experience, one of the few companies in the industry who really done a fantastic job on delivered exactly what was quoted with a fantastic customer response and service from begin to the very end (the project team cleaned-up after themselves, aside from signing a few receipts, the crew packed-up quietly then left even with my driveway was cleaned).

Tom was good, he knows what he s talking about. Clay not to friendly and reluctant to answer questions, maybe he felt they were stupid questions, but I had no clue about insulation and was about to pay $3000 no question is a dumb one. The technicians were good and knowledgeable. I would recommend, just ask for Tom :-)
