Dave offered fair pricing, arrived on time, did a fantastic job, and my one request was to be careful of the ceilings because they have irreplaceable texturing no one knows how do do anymore. He excelled at caring for my property, and the results have been astonishing, my AC runs less than 50% of the time it used to, and doesn't kick on until mid-afternoon even on 90 plus degree days. Adding insulation by Dave was one of the best decisions we've ever made!
