The contractor came out the next day, replaced the pump in less than an hour, and hauled away the unneeded original equipment. Total cost was less than half of what was quoted by another contractor outside of ServicMagic.

A-Plus Water Services provided us with good, timely, and courteous service. Our repair was prioritized because it was an emergency and they sent someone the same day that I called. The service technician explained about the repair work and answered all of my questions. I have since used this company to replace our well pump (another emergency!) and again our job was prioritized. The pump was replaced the same day. They also took away the old pump, packaging, and old wiring and left the well house clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again.

Got a call from Bob before I even got off line. He was friendly, courteous, and allowed me time to decide what service we needed. After we decided, then offered to come the next day (a Sunday), stating he did not charge any extra for weekends. Arrived within a half hour of time quoted, and completed the job in less time than we anticipated. Installed a new pump and water tank, and cleanup up after themselves very well. Would definitely recommend them to others.
