Dawn was great very professional and friendly. She got the job done and very detailed in her work. My porch looks wonderfull. It was a dirty job but she didn't hesitate she went staight to it. Dawn was recommended by my sister-in-law. I was looking for a personal touch and Dawn delivered. I had a home cleaner for 11yrs and my husband had her for 20yrs - it’s hard to replace that level of trust, companionship and quality - and so far Dawn has delivered.

The service was bad. The lady charged for four hours, even though she spend most of the time at her phone and outside making calls.

Dawn is very dependable person. She takes pride in the work that she does and has a very positive attitude.

She is very meticulous., and hard working. She is very honest and trustworthy. She also has had the key to my home for years. I highly recommended her. After arriving about an hour later than we had agreed I showed Dawn what needed to be done. I place white paper around do dust would not get all over the kitchen and provided her with a step stool and cleaning rag. She cleaned one top shelf and part of a closet. After two hours she asked me for the wi fi password to check her Angi emails I told her I ve had hackers and do t give out my password. Angry . She said I m not a very nice person and said I m leaving leaving the job half done and for me to pick uo after her. At first I offered to pay her for two hours but then thought about how I had to finish the work and miss a lunch invitation that day and how inconsiderate of her not to respect my time. I was pretty nice to her helping and provably the materials and cleaning up after her. Even offered coffee. So, now I ve changed my mind about paying unless she finished the job . No pro has ever asked me for my WiFi in the middle of their work. I found it unprofessional.

We hire Dawn to come and do a three phase deep cleaning of our 100 year-old mountain cabin. We also wanted her to be on standby to clean our cabin as visitors left. What a fantastic surprise! Our house has been in the family for 40 years and it has never been cleaner. Dawn is reliable, trustworthy, and fairly priced. Dawn always sends pictures of the work that she has done and keeps me updated on anything going on with the house since I live five hours away. I would highly recommend her for any job. We are planning to hire her to help us with some outside cleaning of our cabin too.
