The contractor completed the work on time. The estimate was $4000 but I was billed $5500 with the explanation that they had to add a P-Trap. Excessive. They had to dig through a brick walkway to replace the pipe. Rather than removing the brick then digging, they just dug through the brick. Then when filling in the trench, they buried all the brick in the trench and left a large mound of dirt on the patio (photo, after 45 minutes of me removing dirt). They also buried the old pipe in the trench (Photo) which I had to dig up and remove so i could replace the bricks. Finally, they did not measure and placed the vent right in the middle of where the sidewalk was. After contacting the owner/contractor, they reduced the bill by $1000.

Matt and his crew did a fabulous job. He's the best.

He showed up, did the minimum amout of work and left the job site un completed. He installed a completely new system and shortly after, it came up out of the ground. And guess what? He woupd not come back to fix it. Says he is too busy. I gave this man over $21,000 of my money to do good work. I did not receive good service and this man WILL NOT get any of my business and I will not recommend him to anyone.

We recently had our septic system repaired, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the start, the team was incredibly responsive, answering our questions promptly and scheduling the repair quickly. Matt an his employees were professional and easy to work with, making the entire process stress-free. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard, and our system is now running perfectly. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of septic system repairs!

I have been disappointed with Matt's attitude with us. We had a completely new septic installed in 2023 by this company. The work came in at the high end of the quote which was fine but we had a small dispute with them about some electrical wiring they had to fix. We agreed to split the difference. I am taking 400 dollars on a 20k plus system. Matt's attitude regarding that was not professional and I didn't like how he handled it. We are young new homeowners and this was a huge expense for us. Giving us a ton of grievance over 400 was off-putting. Second it's been a year since the install and we have been having issues recently. The system keeps turning off and we are not entirely sure what is going on. The pump doesn't seem to be working and there is a bad smell coming from area. It seems the entire system is not running at all. We contacted Matt at the begining of the week to get help. It's Thursday today and when my husband called this AM he said they were in Union working and not sure someone could come. This is an emergency in my mind. The system is not working. It's unprofessional to say you will send someone out and then not give us any info. We have been avoiding flushing the toilets or showering in fear of what may happen. I will update review if they get it fixed ASAP but we may need to contact another company who will actually help us.

A&M were easy to work with. They handled all the permits with the county. They came and completed the septic tank replacement in one day. There was minimal down time. I would recommend this contractor to anyone.

Matt and his team were professional, efficient, friendly, considerate and had everything done the same day within hours of showing up. ! Am very pleased and would recommend them to everyone. Very happy with their work and fast response. Just a wonderful company.

They were quick and prompt. Did great work. The only caveat is, at least at the time of my repair, weâ re not accepting credit cards. I will use them again if needed.

Once you pay him, good luck getting him to return a call. I recommend calling him from different phone numbers or he will never call you back.
