All Star started working at the time scheduled. Great folks making sure I approved the planned work and the price to repair the the AC. All Star also followed the recommended Coronavirus guidelines. In the 33 years I have been in the Valley, this is best AC service I've experienced.

My AC unexpectedly went out on a Friday evening in Las Vegas during the month of August which is hell on earth lol. I used the home advisor app and received a call in less than 2 mins. They arrived the following morning around 630am and started working on everything. They gave the best price and their work was top notch. Very professional and fast.

Arrived when they said, completed work in a timely manner. Let me know what the price for the work would be up front. ..Update on 7/6/21...Their technicians cannot read a schematic. The fan motor was not properly hooked up which caused the capacitor to fail. Improper installation will work for a while but it can cause severe damage in the long run. Had to edit review because they tried to say I was not a customer. Funny how they did not decline the positive review I gave them before I was aware of the improper installation.

Desmond was outstanding. He arrived at my home on short notice and it was later in the evening. He was so professional, friendly and just plain amazing. Desmond was very thorough and made sure the entire unit was back to working properly. He was great at explaining the entire process. I wish there was a higher rating as he deserves it.
