Albert did a great job，fixing the roof leak. He is professional and knowlegeble about roof. I can tell he cares about customer s concerns after I mentioned to him that heavy rain was coming, he came to my house and completed the job the day before the rain came. His work passed the heavy rain test and we are very happy with his job.

I discovered I had a major roof leak. Called A1 first thing in the morning. Albert, the owner, called me back in an hour. He arranged to come and take a look at the problem a couple of hours later. I have an old roof so our discussion was basically an estimate to replace the roof. Albert was very professional and explained in detail what my options are which I am currently considering. My immediate problem was that bad leak and more rain coming. He made time to come back a little while later and go up on the roof, take photos and come back down to show me the problem. He went back up an did a repair job that he said should be considered temporary until something more permanent can be done and so far it is working, no leak! He also repaired some loose soffits and fascias which was really nice of him! I appreciate that he made the extra effort to help me out on what was essentially an estimate visit. He is very nice to deal with and I definitely would recommend him!

He was very professional, efficient, polite and personable. He arrived on time and left the worksite very clean after his work. . The roof looks great. He showed us before and after pictures and asked us if we had any questions. e did hIgh quality work in a timely fashion.

It was a great experience working with Albert. He came to all appointments on time, took pictures of the roof to show me what had to be fixed and fixed it well. He even passed by a few weeks later to make sure no more water was leaking in from the roof after he finished his work. Would definitely hire him again and recommend him to my friends and family for work.
