I asked him to do a project at our vacation home and I could not meet him. Mr. Peterson did the job within 5 days, took pictures and sent them to me and accepted a check that was mailed out once I saw the pictures. It reminded me of bygone days when I was growing up in the low country of South Carolina and you knew everyone! A breath of fresh air!

Mr. Peterson has been Johnny on the Spot for us. Over the past years, he's done an incredible amount of work for us. Ranging from landscaping to lighting, to roofing, painting, and just being an all around professional contractor. One experience which stood out the most was as a result of hurricane damage. Our house was hit by a storm on a Saturday, and we noticed some sizable leaks - the storm went into Sunday as well. Lee was up on the roof on Sunday - in the rain - finding the leaks and putting together his prognosis and estimate for the remedy. On Monday, he arrived with a crew and they spent the next six days working to make sure we were leak-free. Lee is truly a Jack of all Trades, and I would recommend him to anybody needing work done.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
