Reviews
Write a ReviewAbel and his team put supports under the floor and raised it up to level. They also did drywall work, painting, layer tile flooring in a shower area, hung new doors with custom glass block work. They also tore out the entire floor, used fans and a dehumidifier to dry the wood, then lay all new subflooring and vinyl. Top notch across the board. Left the place cleaner than they found it. Sincerely, Tom Lindberg
Great company. Provided start date and estimated completion, and they were spot on. Sent pictures during project progress. When finished they cleaned up so well that you didn't even know they were there. If you want no BS quality work, hire them.
Hired Abel to do many small jobs. He kept screwing up on the jobs but I thought he was nice so I kept giving him 2nd chances. Installed kitchen sink disposal; had to come back 2 times to fix. Installed shower head; broke in 2 weeks. Took him 3 times to fix my screen door and still didn't fix it properly. The only thing he did right was the first time was my bathroom sink. Also said to my good friend male neighbor that "women are only good for one thing" - after my neighbor told me this, I no longer hired him after this. Besides this sexist comment, I simply could not give up more and more time from my job for him to "unscrew" his projects. (Abel's own words) Don't waste your time or your money. Hire someone who knows what he/she is doing.
I can't say enough good things about this contractor. Everything that was promised was definitely delivered and on time. The whole job was explained to me upfront and in terms that I could understand. I will hire this company again.
He responded on time and he kept in touch with me he explain the work that needed to be done and how long it would take and his prices are good for your budget.
Very friendly. Communicated very well on arrival times. Always showed up on time. Completed all work in a timely manner.
AJ's Home Repairs did a beautiful job with the cabinetry and electrical work in my kitchen. Very meticulous in making sure it was exactly right! I will definitely be hiring them the next time!
Hired for a huge house addition, after time the faulty workmanship revealed itself in cracks on the walks and a stairs falling down, had the nerve to put pictures of my house on this page. Needed to be taken down. AVOID.
Job was to reroute a dryer vent. Very poor quality of work. Took too long (4 days) to complete job. Said he could do it in a few hours, same day. Talks alot about other builders. Quality of work done was poor. Didn't want to make the job right by correcting his mistakes. Have pictures of poor quality of work. Look further for a handyman. Do not use this person. We will never use him or his acquaintances going forward.
Abel is GREAT!!!!!!
