Environmental Renovation Group is actually { remove company Name} . Our building was surveyed on 4/28/25, the samples received at the test lab on 5/1, and completed 5/4. A hand written report was received 5/6, missing the surveyor's certification (see attached), and the testing does not indicate whether the asbestos is friable. It is now May 21st, and after numerous text messages and phone calls we still do not a a formal report from C&J Remediation. We cannot move forward with our project without the complete report, The company has been very unresponsive. Our contact has complained that they do not have adequate office staff to get our report done on a timely basis. I do not recommend this company

U ask for a turn around and it was verbal given to u and / u said u we're going to a meeting and needed this report to give to city council/ so I share with u I get a vebrel and I could give u a copy directly from the lab and it had a full report / it was just a hand written / because/ u needed something to take with u / there was noting wrong with reoort other then it not being type out / most survey take week to schedule/ I started survey the first day we met on the spot / to help u get projust done and in return I was hoping to be able to also do the job / I send along a copy of all of our license / I also toward u it would take time to get it type up / I also share with u that there was other asbestos that could be in the building block / u didn't believe me / untill someone else came and told u and u had them take a sample / and / it took them 2 week to turn around one sample / u never responded to my text what the result were and I could add it to my reoort / I contacted EPA and got special permission to knock building down with our method that would save u a lot of money / sir / u are a very smarter man and I appreciate the work u did let us do for u / u wanted me to change my wording on my survey that was not required on my report / the crawl space and material above the ceiling / if u just would have trusted us to give u a full turn key operation I am share u would have been happy with all the out come / we have been around 35 year and this is the first report on us of not giving a report within a timely manor / we did no work for u other then a survey and because it was hand written because u needed it fast / our office could turn around and faster so I made a mistake and gave u a hand written report / but / it was correct and we could have had your project done over the weekend / sorry once again for trying to help by not type it and given u hand written / I didn't know there was a law with being old school
