I hired Stevie Fuller to remove approx 20 trees on June 27, 2022. Stevie and his crew destroyed over 1/4 acre of my property, ran forestry mulcher across my lawn after telling him not to twice, ran mulcher at least 100' across my neighbors property after telling him not to drop my trees on my neighbors property twice but did anyway, ran down mt concert statuary, my 3 tier fountain, broke my glass top patio table, damaged straps on the chairs and severely damaged 7 Oak trees, 1 Maple and 1 Sweetgum. He removed a tree and 2 very large azaleas without my approval. Stumps were not ground but cut to the ground. I sued Mr Fuller 04/17/25 and was awarded $27,404.00.

In June 2022, I hired this company ( Stevie Fuller) to remove 20 trees from my yard. This experience has been a nightmare! I thought I did everything to protect myself by checking online reviews & verifying his liability insurance with his agent directly but that is a false sense of security people. I have .92 acres of maintained property. This company has destroyed approx 1/2 of it. It will take several years for the yard to recover. Everything I told this guy he could not do, he and/or his crew did anyway! They ran they are equipment and dropped trees they were removing onto very expensive Oak Trees. The value of the 9 trees damaged is 61,865.00. I will definitely lose 6 Oaks, the others, the arborist is going to try and save. They went into neighboring property, damaging several of his trees and ran a forestry mulcher down approx 100' of his property. I told Stevie Fuller more than once that he was not to go beyond the property lines.... that are clearly marked! They destroyed my concrete statuary by running over them and a 3 tier concrete fountain in my yard. They also destroyed a glass patio table including a few of the chairs and a section of my driveway now needs to be replaced. Besides destroying all but 3 azalea and rhododendron in in my yard, 2 azaleas that were not anywhere near in they're way: 1-7'x4'x4', another 5'x5'x4'. They is no way to replace them. They also removed a tree they were not instructed to take down. They ran a forestry mulcher over my lawn then covered all their sins with tree debris instead of removing it as contracted. A final court date will soon be issued. Ive spent at least 60 hours taking photos, gathering estimates to replace, repair, remove damages, looking for and obtaining appraisals from Certified Arborist, looking for an attorney, retaining an attorney and hoping the court reimburses me for the fees. I am hoping this platform allows me to post photos.

The clean up was not good.

They charge me a good rate which was great. However the mulcher came and what I thought was stomp grinding is not actually stomp grinding. He cut the stomp even with ground. They say they was coming back to fix a pile they left so it can be mulched. Also his mulching machine is leaving big clumps of wood not really mulch. I might have to rent my own and redo it.

They did a great job and cleaned everything up. Iâ d use them again.

What happen to my property and my neighbors was disgusting and he needs to be exposed.

I watched the team the whole time they were working. The gentleman who did the majority of the tree cutting was an artist. The precision with which he could drop a tree amazed me. They had no wiggle room where the trees were between two houses and power lines. Yet they were all dropped precisely. One of the trees had to be brought down in sections and again it was a precise process. The cleanup after the cutting was good. Tree removal can be a messy job with lots of lawn damage but this team minimized the lawn damage and cleaned up before they left. They were fast and efficient and amazing to watch. My neighbors were so impressed they also requested quotes from AC for tree removal. No regrets at all.
