I contacted and paid AC Tree to cut down and grind 2 large trees in the front of my yard. While they cut down the trees, they did not completely grind one stump down. I called and texted Shelley multiple times and asked when Stevie would come back out and complete the job. First, Shelley said that they only grind down 6 inches below the ground; anything lower than that would be an additional fee. I explained to her that the stump was clearly not 6 inches. I then sent pictures of the stump and sent them to Shelley. This was when the empty promises began. I was given different excuses why they had not contacted me, and different days Stevie would come by and finish the job, but they never came back. My husband and I will now have to spend more money to get someone else to grind the stump down so we can move forward with the next step to lay sod. Not only did AC Tree not complete the job, but they were also very dismissive. If only they would keep their word and do the job they were paid to do, I would not feel the need to write such a negative review. I just wanted them to correct what was left undone. All of this dismissive behavior and attitude is unfair and unacceptable. I will be contacting our attorney to sue the company for breach of contract. All of this aggravation could be avoided if they would just do the right thing. Update: They did contact me today and sent another company out to grind the stumps down, project is complete.

If you want service excellence, this is your company. We had a sizable project (removal of 7 trees, branch trimming of 3 mature maples, etc). Stevie was very nice and knowledgeable as we walked the property. Different from others who came to provide estimates, Stevie was KNOWLEDGEABLE! He provided insight on the reason why several of the 7 trees were dying (now we better understand how to prevent the issues in the future). Stevie also identified a potential issue with a tree that was not on our radar. There was no pressure/ no pitch from Stevie. He was simply sharing his expertise. He provided an official estimate before leaving. It was a no-brainer to select A and C. Within 24 hours, I let Shelly know that we wanted to go with their company. Due to weather, it was about 12 days before the crew was able to come out (Thank you A and C for taking weather into account so my lawn would not be damaged!). I can not say enough about their professionalism, expertise, and just how personable/ nice they were It was amazing to watch them work. I am still in awe of how precise and careful they were with taking down such large trees. They not only cleared the debris from the tree removal and branch trimming off our property and our street, they also cleared some leaves and branches that were there before they arrived! The level of customer service far exceeded my expectations. One last, important note, their pricing is VERY reasonable.

We originally scheduled the removal of a small pine tree and large oak tree for a week from now. Shelly called me and asked if there was a possibility they could come earlier. Not only did they come earlier but they went above and beyond! My home looks the best it ever has and there are no more tree branches touching my roof or squirrels jumping onto my house. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them!

Don't hire this company if you want the job done completely and thoroughly. They promised to remove stumps and vines from my property as well as trimming trees. They trimmed the trees, and could not get the stumps. We renegotiated the price and they promised to send out a stump grinder to finish the job. He came out without calling first, destroyed my yard, leaving massive holes and dirt everywhere, and only removed 2 out of 6 stumps. I called to ask that he come back, walk the property with me to finish the job and haven't heard back since!

Attention to dersil, respect for property. Prompt. Did everything promised
