The gas heater igniter replacement was done same day with original brand “Goodman” parts for fair price. I also received free advice on the proper maintenance of the HVAC units for the 4-family property where I’m an owner-occupant. I only used Angi’s list because my usual repair person was out of town and am very glad I did based on this experience!

Bernie is incredible- no, really. I could not have asked for a better technician today. After a month of no A/C and getting the run around with our warranty company (besides the point), Bernie showed up and saved the day. He took the time to really explain the problem, the steps he took to fix it, and some helpful tips for the future. After repairing our AC unit he walked around the house upstairs and down in the basement to show me how to control the force of air coming out of the vents. He is so friendly and so great. We will definitely reach out to him again in the future if we ever have issues. Thank you Bernie.

After reading the reviews and speaking with Bernie I was confident that he would be a good pick. He was the first to call, had the quickest availability, and the pricing he explained over the phone was far lower than what we expected. He is a trustworthy and genuine guy that is very knowledgeable about his craft. He was willing to come over to fix our A/C on father's day after 8 PM so that we didn't have to sleep in the heat. After Bernie fixed our problem he gave us a few tips and tricks to help our system run better and push more cool air. This guy does not try to upsell you on things you don't need or talk you into a whole new system. Bernie is the shining star of Angie's List and will be the first person we call if we ever experience any other A/C issues. I highly recommend Bernie Belking and will be telling everyone I know about his excellent service and character.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
