Unfortunately, I had to change my rating and review. Initially, I got a very fast response, hard working, reasonable fees, and so pleasant! The roof repair came with a 5-year guarantee. However, a few weeks later, I reached out to Roman because there was leaking. I texted him, called and left a message, and sent him an email. He did not respond to any. I sent another text message and followed up with another email, and still no response. That makes the 5-year guarantee completely worthless. I really wish I had gone to a bigger company even though I wanted to support a small business. Very disappointing.

The contact person Roman, was in contact with me during the entire project. The roofing installer was on time and took pictures of the entire project. The pictures was send to me after the replacement porch roof was done. Happy with work and it rain a couple hours after the roof was done and I did not see any leaks.

The work done is intended to be a quick fix to keep our weather and varmits until a complete renovation may be done. That said the work was done yesterday and is supposed to last for many months - perhaps 18 months. Whether or not i am pleased with the work will be a process rather than an event.

They are professionals,knowledgeable, prompt, they come in checking out the problem and they fix it in a reasonable time frame. I just love Mr. Roman and his crew. It gets no better than these people. I have given his card to others for them to use when needed. I'm very satisfied with the work they did on my home.

I hired this company to perform wall opening in my home and the job was never started the contractor just walk away with my 4500 deposit! This contractor has a practice of started new company every year to take people money. BEWARE!

They did what they said they would do. Our contract includes a 5-year guarantee. It is too soon to know if they honor their guarantee.
