A/C Experts

I had them in after the company I had been with for years said I needed a new system and said my current AC was undersized. They gave me a quote on a system that seemed way too high. AC Experts came out and checked my system and said I did need a new system. They gave a quote on the same system as the other company and was $1,000+ lower (they found some manufacturer's discounts - base price was the same). They also gave me other options and they guy that was in my home called to see if there were any rebates or discounts. I ended up with a system that I felt gives me the best value for the money I was paying. Installation was done well and quickly.

If an "expert" gives you a written contract that says he will install a brand of air conditioner unit but he doesn't follow thru with the agreement signed by both parties, he should be held accountable for same. I do not recommend this company for any services, even though the 2 workers who did the installation of my new unit did a fine job. The contract was not fulfilled. People should uphold their end of a bargain.

Had service call performed last Friday (5/8/2015) by Scott at AC Experts due to their special price for 2 units. He dealt with us so honestly and professionally (my 2 units were 19 years old, but he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't absolutely need done), that I asked for a quote to replace both units (2.5 & 4.0 tons). Their price to replace everything inside and out for both units was well below the 2 quotes I had already received from 2 other companies. Once I agreed to go with AC Experts, he made arrangements to do the install on the following Monday (5/11/2015). The installers (Gariche & Tim) showed up at the scheduled time and worked thru the day without stopping. Throughout the day they were courteous, friendly, very busy. They completed the install, and had everything cleaned up and had showed us how to use the new systems by 5pm that day. I have never experienced their level of competency, honesty, professionalism, and follow up from any other A/C company I have had dealings with in the past. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AC EXPERTS TO ANYONE NEEDING ANY A/C SERVICES!.

They were clean, efficient and provided a great price. They are the best company I have ever worked with. Their professionalism was amazing and they delivered as promised.

I thought I was charged a little too much for the job but it was done well.

Day 1: Submitted info to Home Advisor and was promptly contacted to verify my job details. 1 hour later received call from AC Experts rep. Made appt for the following day to have their field manager Jason estimate the work Day 2: Jason arrived promptly as promised, evaluated the work to be performed and provided a very reasonable estimate. He contacted the main office and scheduled the job for the following morning. Day 3: The technicians arrived on time, competed the install in a timely manner and were very professional in all aspects of their work. Very pleased & highly recommended!
