ACE Tree Service

I, along with countless other Plantation South Condominium owners DO NOT reccommend Ace Tee Service. We ended up with Ace Tree Service because his mother, Carol Elliott, heads out HOA Buget Committee, engaged in a total conflict of interest by selecting her son Adam's company for tree services. Ace's quality was subpar in that there were tree limbs, branches and stumps left all over the property. It took Ace a very long time to finish the jobs and pick up the mess they created. Ace made our entire 218 unit property look run down. Ace was extremely expensive (well into the $10+ thousands). A resident save an Ace truck knock down a street lamp and when the resident approached the tree service truck, they removed the stickers off the big red truck. Avoid this highly UNethical company.

Ace was the slowest to show up to quote the 1 tree removal and their process was different. It took 3 weeks for them to complete the job but the price was half the next higher bid and 1/3 the highest bid. Overall I am pleased with the cost and results.

I had a tree fall during a storm. These guys were here the next day and cut everything up. Then came and hauled it all away a few days later. Amazing work. Friendly prompt and took good care of us. I highly recommend Ace Tree Service

I was a longtime and happy Ace customer. I agreed to pay $700 for having a limb cut down, cut up and all of the wood debris hauled away. That was our agreement. They cut the limb down. In the process, they busted my retaining wall and flower box/garden. It was discovered that a wasp nest had been disturbed and we were instructed to get them taken care of, then they would be back to finish the job and repair the retaining wall. We had the wasps taken care of the next day and called Ace Tree Service to let them know that we were ready for them to come back. We had numerous conversations and exchanged emails. There were many instances when we were told that someone was coming but nobody ever showed up. The large limb was left in the yard. I cut it up and hauled it away myself. I repaired the wall myself. I gave them multiple opportunities to come out and finish the job, but after several attempts and promises of, we will get someone other this week, I gave up and did myself. This was done back in July. I did not hear anything from Ace Tree for 3 months, but then suddenly they started hounding me for a past due invoice for a job they never completed.

Ace Tree Service diaagnosed problems with 3 trees on my property and gave me a plan that I could use to treat the problems. They were prompt, courteous and didn't even charge me for the visit!
