Ace Kitchen Bath & Flooring

The 10-day project according to the contractor started on March 31, 2026 by having the 10 AM delivery of materials did not show up until after 1:30 PM, the walk-through inspection of materials was cancelled due to how later the materials arrived. The job was not completed until June 17, 2026, 79 days from start to finish was not even close to the 10 day promised. Granted one of the cabinets was damaged, which could have been identified had the cancelled inspection on delivery day. The planner miss measured the size of the window and the size for the shower walls which led to a new window being ordered and the ceiling having to be lowered 4 inches. The shower doors, in my humble opinion are too short in height to prevent shower water from going all over the bathroom, the contractor disagreed but did lower the rain head by approximately 12 inches, that was installed today, we shall see. Would I recommend this company, no. They have a great showroom, but workmanship lacking.

They were very easy to work with, flexible, and completed high-quality workmanship in a timely manner. We love our new basement bathroom and receive a lot of compliments on the design. We also appreciated that they worked around our schedule and didn't force us to be home when they were working.

Read the Google reviews with the 1 stars. That sums it up. They do nor take accountability and are rude and condescending.

Overall the job was done in a timely manner and met most of the expectations. Attention to detail is lacking in some aspects of the finishes (uneven outlets, uneven molding, missing finishes).

February 2025 - My full bathroom remodel is done and is beautiful! From my first contact with Will Barduca, in sales, I was at ease. Their showroom and selection of products available was excellent, The crew was professional, non-intrusive and expert in all skill sets. Great teamwork, I highly recommend!

Will was her salesman. And Mike was the crew leader. Both were excellent polite and efficient. Included Us in all aspects of the bathroom remodel. And the work was excellent. Would definitely use them again. We are very happy. It was a pleasure having him in her home and do the job.

Had a great experience remodeling a kitchen with ACE. This was an extensive project that ACE handled efficiently and respectfully throughout the entire process. Steve in sales, Adam creating the designs, Wendy keeping the office running, and Josh the installer was excellent. Ask for Josh for your project, his crew was efficient, respectful, and passionate about performing high quality work. Communication was quick, clear and excellent all around. Prices at ACE for remodeling were WAY better than the box stores and other big name kitchen remodeling companies. The process was also much quicker and seamless compared to dealing with the box stores and larger companies. Great experience all around A+++

We have had some very bad experiences with contractors in the past. We had Ace come in and fix/finish some of our last contractors work. We hired them to remodel one of our bathrooms after they did a good job saving our previous contractors mistakes. From my experience with interior remodeling there is not a perfect experience in their field. However, anytime we had an issue Ace was quick to solve the problem and that is all we could ask for and our final product is magazine worthy. Thanks guys for all your hard work.
