"We hired Ace Kitchen, Bath and Flooring to install our kitchen and two bathrooms. We worked with Will during the sale and the designer was so much better than anyone else we had worked with on our designs. Ray and the install team were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves daily which was a big deal to me. Wendys communication was A1 I could not ask for more."

"Bill and his team are fantastic builders. They go above and beyond on their projects and the quality is incredible. Plus, his follow up and desire to ensure that the project meets your expectations are an A+. Bill does not leave anything undone. I am looking to add on to the house next year and now I only have to call one builder."

"MMC Remodeling took on the long-awaited major kitchen re-design of our 1927 English-Spanish Tudor home. Their expert plan incorporated modern style elements seamlessly into the existing traditional architecture. The function and flow of this important space was greatly enhanced with their careful attention to all details. Our kitchen turned out beautiful and serves us well everyday. It is also a versatile space for entertaining and we always enjoy the compliments from family and friends on this welcoming gathering space. Their honest, competent, and quality work exceeded expectations!"

"Everyone I interacted with was great, Chuck, Jake, Ben, and Christine were friendly and professional. When more water damage was found once the wall was removed, the additional charge was reasonable. Chuck had warned me that there might be more damage that we couldn't see, so I wasn't surprised. I would highly recommend them."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
