Repair or Partially Replace Vinyl Siding

Dory and crew came when they said and got to work. I had a leak in one of the six foot stacked windows on the 35x20 curtain walls on the rear of the house. Premium removed the siding, diagnosed the issue, replaced the house rap and ice shield and added flashing to the roof where the water was coming in. New perfectly matched siding was installed and new commercial gutters and downspouts were installed as well to catch the excessive water coming off three rooflines in heavy rain. The job took 2 days to complete and for the reasonable price estimated. The crew was hard-working, professional and Courteous and provided High customer service. The quality of the work was exceptional. The removed all debris from the worksite and cleaned up efficiently as promised. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will use them again for any appropriate work I need in the future.

Received an on-site estimate from Dory on the work that was needed on the exterior of my house. It was a pleasure working with Dory and his team on this project. Repair or Replace Section of Wood Gutters

Great job, fair price, prompt service, and courteous. I had a large hole in soffit under gutters where birds were nesting. I also had holes in corners of soffits around house as well as damaged aluminum flashing and wood where my roof lines meet. I called Friday and Dori came on time the next day to give me estimate. He came on time on Monday and quickly did repairs and cleaned up everything well after job. I plan on using Premium exteriors in the future for other work I need done.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
