Dori found the problem with our roof, explained why it happened, and he and his crew repaired it. Because they also do masonry they also repaired our chimney. We were very impressed with the professionalism, quality workmanship and customer service we received from Premium Exteriors NJ , LLC and would highly recommend this company. Repair a Wood Shake or Composite Roof

I needed my roof vents removed and the holes in the roof closed up. I contacted Angie got a few call backs from roofers but I chose premium Exteriors. I am so glad I did. They did an awesome job. Dori is great .He was efficient and very courteous. He explained everything he was going to do. That made me feel comfortable with him working on my roof. He cleaned up all the trash after the job . I would recommend this company. Great people, great price and excellent service.

Repair a Brick or Stone Fireplace

Great service and great value is the way I would describe this company. Dori and his team showed up every day and didn’t stop until the job was done. They paid attention to details and even showed up on Saturday to finish the job. I would highly recommend Dori and his team from Premium Exteriors!

Repair a Brick, Stone or Block Wall

I had a major problem with my fireplace caving in on its foundation. I had several estimates including structural engineers. Dori gave me options and his team was great. I hired him on Thursday and they showed up on Monday and they stayed every day until the job was done even came on a Saturday which is unheard of for a contractor. I highly recommend Premium Exteriors and Dori for your fireplace needs. They did a great job and made a major problem go away! If I could give six stars I would!

Repair a Tile Roof

Removed slate roof to rafters and installed new plywood and shingles to house and garage and cleaned up well. Scheduled around weather well. All new gutters and aluminum over soffits. Fixed squirrel holes and leaks. I would recommend and use again.

Dori came to inspect and replace chimney chase cover and rusted furnace B-vent if needed. I appreciated that he got on the roof and took pictures as soon as he pulled into the driveway and showed me what the issues were and the reasons for his recommendations. He is very thorough and explained the process very well. His prices were reasonable and his services were exceptional. He was very respectful and polite and kept me in the loop. I would hire him again and would recommend others to do the same. Good people, good prices, good service and products. Way to go Dori!

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
