I called AC Appliance Repair on a Friday, around 11:00 in the morning, regarding my refrigerator, which had stopped working entirely. It was late enough in the day, I was really worried that I would have to wait until Monday to have a technician out, and was resigned to having to toss out a lot of food. Much to my surprise, I had a serviceman out by 3:00 p.m., and he had the job done by 4:00! I felt the price was reasonable to boot! I would highly recommend this company, and use them again.

Derrick did a great job. He was friendly and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem, quickly fixed it, and thoroughly cleaned the dryer while he had it apart. It probably hadn't been cleaned in years. He also thoroughly explained the issue and recommended a minor repair that will make the dryer run more efficiently. Great work.

Derek came on time and he proceeded with diagnosing the issue. Luckily, he had the parts on the truck so he was able to repair and finish in a very short amount of time. He was very kind and personable, and knew exactly what he was doing.
