Customer service was excellent. Wonderful communication before and during the job. True professionals who really care about their work and tree trimming. I would most certainly hire them again.

I have to say I was impressed with their work. Took down a huge box elder and watched the whole process. Professional and efficient. Hauled it all off and cleaned up the area. This was done in one day. I will definitely use them again for the next tree. An other thing is how friendly and knowledgeable. All this and at a very fair price. If you need trees gone call.

Hackberry trees are nasty trees and we have a huge one on our property line. I am not one to cut down a mighty old tree without good reason though.... CUE REASON! One of the massive branches has slowly been hanging lower and lower. It was already nasty, but then it started laying on my electric fence, got super annoying to maneuver under, but the main issue was that if/when it falls, it was directly over an intersection of three different fencelines. We decided it needed to come down on our terms. After getting several quotes, we settled and chose "A Better Tree Service". We took down some of the fenceline this morning and the guys came and made pretty short work of the 2' thick 20'+ long branch. They kept the remaining fenceline safe, they were kind, and actually pretty entertaining while here.

I reached out to several tree services and they were the only one to reply! They showed up and got the job done. I will definitely recommend/ use them again in the future.

Steve and Jim were on time, their work was extremely professional, knowledgeable; and took great care to not disturb or damage my home and property. They dropped the tree, removed the wood and debris and cleaned the area with great care. I've had other tree people before, but Better Tree Service did outstanding work. I WILL contract with them again when needed.
