My project lasted three weeks. The work crew showed up on time and everyday. Communication with RPC was excellent and was the third and lowest quote that received. My project turned out much better than I expected and I will use RPC again.

The concrete repair of my boat ramp was a challenging Job. The Ramp was 300 feet from the street and they needed to first break up the old ramp to repair and repave it. All of the work was done quickly and the repair was excellent.

This was the year our exterior needed a serious refresh! We enlisted RPC to paint the entire exterior, repair trim, replace the shutters and add a pergola around the garage doors. We're so pleased with their work, that we've already engaged them for our next project involving a backyard hardscape installation. Rob is diligent with his project oversight and communication, his pricing is fair, & the work is excellent!

Rob and his crew screened in my existing patio and it looks great. Rob did a good job of suggesting nice touches to really knock it out of the park, and even took into account my future plans of where to put a concrete pad and grill in the future and incorporated that into the patio design. His crew did a great job, and was very quiet and diligent. Overall great work!

Rob and his team did a great job at a reasonable price. I had a concrete pad poured under a screened in porch. Additionally they pressure washed our house. We are definitely going to call Rob the next time we need a home improvement.

Rob Papp (RPC Properties) provided a bid, I accepted the bid, we established a start date then he did not deliver on the work. Rob is a GC and does not do the actual work as he contracts it out. Make sure during the proposal process that you have the actual contractor doing the work involved in every discussion and step of the bidding process.

Jim, I am deeply sorry that the job fell through. I understand I wasted your time and my own time as well. I made a mistake and in the future will not make that same mistake. I am not pulling any wool over anyone's eyes; the description of our company, it clearly states we are a general contractor and we do the absolute most we can to keep our customers satisfied. I apologize again I could not do that for you. I wish you luck with your project.
