Tim responded immediately to my request to determine why we had a leak in the roof. He addressed the issue and found what was creating the problem and explained what he would be doing to fix the leak. Gave me a firm price…not an estimate. He was finished in less than an hour and gave me his personal guarantee that if there were any additional problems with the leak he would get back with us and fix it at no additional expense. If you are looking for a contractor that will “address the issue” at hand in a professional manner at a very competitive price, he’s your guy!

The work was okay, but the billing was problematic. Despite being quoted a flat fee, they tried to charge me more even though very few materials were used. I don't want a dishonest person coming into my home and demanding extra money. After he left, he never called me back; instead, he sent a text claiming I owed more and then disappeared. I will never hire him again.

Response from Company:

We charged her the lowest fee we offer which is $150 service fee. She paid me in cash in an envelope with only $100 in it. I let her know she shorted me $50 and never heard back from her.

Tim - responded quickly to my request. Provided a very reasonable quote. He worked us into the schedule quickly. It was 2 days from quote to repair. You cannot tell where the repairs were made. I could not be any happier. He was upfront, honest and dependable. Thank you, sir!

Tim came the same day I opened the project to bid the work. Two days later the work was complete. The roof leak was repaired and other gutter work completed. I am very happy with the completed job and the price was reasonable.
