Jim was called when our regular plumber was unavailable to determine why we had no water. He quickly identified the problem as a faulty water pump switch that ceased operating. The switch had been damaged because of a poorly working pressure tank. He had quickly identified the two problems and replaced the switch and pressure tank. The lack of water had been diagnosed and repaired within an hour's time. Water restored!

They were a very professional company to work with. Arrived at the time they said they would for the job and got right to work . I would recommend AAA American for any well problem you may have .

This was an emergency situation. Jim was responsive, made time on a busy schedule, did a first-class pump replacement, and the bill was very fair and reasonable. This is an honest outfit that does outstanding work. When your Pump is out, one does not have a choice and it needs a repair. AAA did not take advantage of the situation. Showed up quickly on a Saturday morning to replace a well pump. Did extra work to access well at no extra charge. Cost was very readonable.
