He fixed the door, but it was much more expensive than it needed to be. I am disappointed that this company, which appears to hire only subcontractors, has a recommendation from Home Advisor. It will make me think twice about using Home Advisor to find pros for my home. To replace the rollers he quoted 325 labor and 225 parts, which once I looked it up was ridiculous. Now, it's my fault, I should have know it was ridiculous. Then he said my track needed to be replaced and the track was 15$ a foot? Quoting me 1600 for track and rollers for one door. When I told him no, he asked how much I would pay. And when I told him 1k total, I got rollers, some track covering (not actually the whole track) and the labor for 1k, about twice what I should have paid. No replaced lock. No second door (which apparently was not done to save me money.) Dude wasn't unpleasant, and again I should have just put my foot down even after he started, but I didn't.

Middle Eastern Scammers / Manipulative Thieves When they are asked how much - repeatedly states "Dont worry, reasonable" Quotes $150 for sliding doors - asks for credit cards - CHARGES 3X MORE!! Company takes NO ACCOUNTABILITY for charges - says technician sets the fees ICE should deport these uneducated scammers back to the MIDDLE EAST from where they came - they use this company and this "free estimate ploy" to scam honest Americans

They are an abolsute rip off. They charged my wfie 200 per wheel and treated my wife horribly said you are a woman you dont know. I wish I was home. For a simple repair they charged 800dollqrs and even stated that she was lick our sliding door was not a impact as thebtracks with wheel costs 2500 I was not home today 6-6-25 at that time stay away from Them do not hire them horrible scammers

The guy came to replace a broken window. As he was installing the new one he broke it. Then the window fell on our desk creating damage, destroyed the desk chair and ruined the carpet. We left over 12 phone calls and NO ONE ever returned our call...we are proceeding for compensation in the court room !
