I had the exterior of my house painted and sidewalks pressure cleaned. They arrived punctually as scheduled, finished within the time frame promised, left the job site clean after the job was finished. All work completed to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service from estimate to final payment. The painter was very courteous and accomodating.

They did both interior and exterior painting. The painters were always on time and very curteous and cleaned up after they were finished each day.. David and Luis were very responsive to my needs and William the painter kept me informed of his progress each day. The house looks great! Thank you.

They cleaned up nice and put our patio furniture back. Easy to speak with workers and office.

They were very prompt. Price quoted was fair and they got the job done in 3 days before July 4th.

They responded promptly, a rep came out to quote and the quote was ready the same day. They completed the job in 2 days. The guys they sent are very professional and polite. They have good attention to detail.

A-1 is an extremely professional and reliable painting contractor. The workers are highly skilled, professional and extremely courteous. The office is in constant communication and easily accessible. Sub contractors did a fair job. Interior painting. I found some paint run/drips on the stair rail. Fast and clean workers. Not pleased with a 5 gallon bucket of extra paint not even opened! Cannot return to SW. Must be worth over $100. Plus a whole gallon of other color unopened. Not good estimate or they maybe did not do 2 coats.? Update on my past review: They returned to check and fix paint drips etc.

Our house looks revitalized. The People who painted and supervised took care of all the little details I requested. A1 Tropic stayed in touch w/ us the whole time and made sure we were happy. They are a very responsible, flexible company w/ high quality employees who cared about the work done on my home. They answered all my detailed questions w/ good cheer. After narrowing down painting contractors to just three I chose A-1 tropic painting because of the years of experience and professionalism although their estimate came in a little above the others it was worth it. I had some issues with my HOA and had to re schedule the job, Louis the office manager was very patient and helpful with the process and in constant communication, the crew did a great job and left no mess so I highly recommend A-1 tropic painting for your next painting job.
