It’s been awhile since I hired him, due to a loss of the Angi App. I loved this guy. He was honest and to the point. It’s hard to find ethical people in any business- but when you do - keep ‘em! Fair pricing!

Pro: A-1 was friendly and courteous. The work done was professional and the area was left clean and tidy when the job was completed. Stan handled his truck like a pro and maneuvered it into a tight spot with no damage to house or plants. There was no attempt to 'up sell' me on additional services, i.e. new filter, back flushing or some of the other services or products that other companies have tried to shove down my throat. Nitpicky Cons: I was given an arrival window of between 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and it ended up being closer to the latter. The driver did let me know when he was 20 minutes out, as promised. Note: The price quote was competitive, but be sure to get a quote that includes: Difficult access to pump out, filter cleaning or replacement, additional fuel charges. BTW: I did dig down and provided clear access to the septic tank pump out lids.

They were prompt and competent.

They came out when they said they would, completed the job which was particularly difficult, was personable, professional and a hard worker. We will call them the next time we need their services.

Stan was very through and respectful of our property. He put down tarps for the dirt during the project and totally replaced and cleaned the area when he was finished! We had a hard project and he was able to diagnose our situation and quickly resolved all our issues. (We had 1 other comp come twice within 4mo and still not resolve the problem) We appreciate that Stan made sure we understood what needed to be done and that we were kept informed all through the project. His humor was a plus. We have already recommended him to our neighbors, and they hired his as well. We can't say enough about his professional work.
