He was kind effective and efficient and found the problem immediately and fixed it so we will have no issues anymore. Found some plastic molding inside of pipe maybe cement glue. He was done under an hour.

From the day 1, communication between the office, us,, and technicians was way below average. Due to the issues caused by the quality of the work they provided, we are negotiating the cost deductions. The job was completed in late Jan, now it's May. They initially said they would work with us but they stopped communicating with us now asking is to pay the full.price regardless of what we discussed early on. Lacl.of communicating is the main issue with this company.. Reason for declining

FANTASTIC! Showed up as scheduled. Was nice to have him remove his shoes inside without us asking him to do that. Was very detailed and knowledgable. He had to bend and contort to get into the vanity to find the problem. Found the pin-hole leak in the bathroom faucet water supply line after a detailed investigation. Very courteous and considerate. Great employee!

Chris did a fantastic job! Very personable and found the issue very quickly and had the repair done shortly thereafter. Saved my Saturday afternoon. I am very appreciative of his professionalism. I have used A2 for years and they handle my issues quickly and effectively every time. I have not ever had them come out to work on anything they previously fixed. Great job, Chris!
