TERRIBLE company. The technician had to reschedule the first time because he was running behind, I had stayed home for 3 hours (which was my window), and in the end he had to reschedule. So I rescheduled for the next week where he told me on the phone he would be there right at 12 (I had a 12-3 window), and same story. So around 2 PM I called and they said he at my house. He was not. I called 35 minutes later and they said he was running behind and would have to reschedule!!!!!!!! So again, 6 total hours of my day(s) wasted and I STILL HAVE A BROKEN garage. door If you value your time, DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH A-1.

I have never, ever, ever had such amazing customer service! I want to encourage anyone searching for garage door repair to look no furthur and just call them! Haha Alex and Jeff repaired our garage. They were so kind, personable, great communicators, incredibly knowledgeable. and did an amazing job! Because of them I am going to recommend them to everyone I know. Keep up the good work hiring great people and providing great affordable service!

Clinton and Gene were very professional,and kept things entirely clean.clinton and Gene was very knowledgeable about the product and the way it is installed.i watched the entire process and these 2 guys are so good. I would recommend both of them for a garage replacement anytime. Thanks for the awesome job guy and keep up the great work ethic

Hired this company to do a garage tune up, they scheduled the appointment 1 week out, was supposed to be there between 8-10 , I heard nothing from them so at 10 I sent a message asking status and received a call back that they were to busy and would have to reschedule, scheduled a week later again 8-10 again at 10 I got a call they wouldn?t be able to make it out. Has to be the worse garage door company in Minnesota, I have several rentals so I have used a few. Called TC Garage Door, they came right out, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done right. Stay Clear of A1 Garage door

no not happy with the job ,it was all about the salesThe door closed better with One broken spring , they came for a estimate it was 1107.56 I ageeded sorry I did then they took it apart then they say its going to be 1600. dollars , so I had to get it to operate, so I agreed, then they kept trying up up sale me on new hinges , and told me my garage door opener was 10 years old ,its only 6 years old, then when they were done they told me to take there pic and say how awesome they were, and give a 5 and to post it up,after I paid ,then they showed me the door will not close tight to the wall and the floor, was not happy with the job they adjusted a little better but still has a Gap on one side and not tight at the wall, then they tried to sell me more, saying its all about safety, no its not its all about the sales, Im sorry I called them would never recommend them to any one, would not want them back felt like its all about the commission don't use this CO. A1 garage door service
