Hired them to do a simple chimney inspection for a pending real estate transaction. Gave 12pm-2pm window. Never showed up. No call no show. They lied and said 12pm-3pm window. I have the receipts it was 12pm-2pm liars. I had to call them. Offered a 10% discount on a reschedule. My time is worth more than 10%. I won?t be bought off for 10%. You screwed me. I have a time sensitive real estate transaction and you screwed me. F your 10% discount. Avoid this company at all costs

Rocco is absolutely AMAZING and WONDERFUL. He came to our house to do a chimney inspection, and we were so impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He is so competent, professional, understanding, patient, caring, and respectful, He explains everything thoroughly, and is one of the best contractors we have ever had at our home. The first thing that stuck out to me was how respectful they were of my home. Despite the fact that the house was empty, they came in, took their shoes off and went straight to work! They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend their services.

The guys from A1 Chimney just probably saved us from a fire!!! After cleaning and repairing our fireplace and chimney on the way out they mentioned that they also did dryer vent cleaning.....right away i knew we needed this done. It had never been done and we have lived in our home for 13 years. It was shocking how much lint they removed. I am so thankful for their great service ....they did us a big favor by mentioning this service and i truly appreciate them!!! They were courteous and professional and very helpful in every way.

They helped me a lot, I had a closing date set for Aug 30st and I called them yesterday that I needed a liner replacement asap since itâ s failed on inspection and I had to get it done before the closing date, They was able to send team the same day and got it done very professionally and clean. Overall highly recommend
