Michael is fantastic!!!! We are repeat customers because he's always available, explains everything clearly, communicates by phone and text, and lets us know when he will arrive, so we can move our cars out of the garage and prepare. This time we scheduled ahead of a crisis, thinking we needed repair as the chain was drooping and noisy, but instead we needed a new garage opener unit, and being repeat customers, got pretty deep discount on the original model vs. the less quality spin offs, which is greatly appreciated! He explained options (there really weren't any - time to get a new one), installed it, explained the garage controller, reminded me we needed to order a surge protector plug, and showed us where to lubricate (rails, hinges and spring- not opener) every 6 mos., and helped my hubby get his Audi programmed. The new ones come w/a phone app too. I can't say enough great things about Michael and 911 Garage Door Repair Pros- he sure is one we can count on. Thanks Michael!

Michael and his son were so nice and helpful! He guided me through installing the app to use with my new opener. Michael gave me options instead of saying I must get a brand new unit. Had I decided to go the cheaper route, he even said heâ d give me $$ off whenever we decided to replace the nearly 20 year old unit. My husband and I decided to go ahead and buy a brand new opener, and they were able to install it the very same day. Hands down, one of the most honest and trustworthy people Iâ ve ever done business with. Very grateful he was recommended to us!!

Very responsive (answered on a Sunday afternoon), good communication (always texted when the tech was on the way), understood the issue quickly (when Michael first arrived he knew within 5 minutes what was wrong and why i had the issue), offered multiple options (a repair option to last me another year or a more full solution and also in between options as well), and very knowledgeable (every question I asked he provided a very knowledgeable answer that clearly showed he had a lot of experience with garage doors and garage openers).
