7th State Builders, LLC

I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. They are unprofessional, uncommunicative, unreliable and clearly not trustworthy. My experience currently has been a complete waste of time, money and emotional energy. Dr. CLARICE BROWN

7th state builders redid my kitchen floor and cabinets. The work was done beautifully.

Contact was left on Sep. 20, with 8 to 10 weeks to start. One call was responded to, nothing else.

They havenâ t yet completed my new deck; however, from the start of meeting and discussing with Eddie my deck project, I was impressed. Not only with his professionalism, but also his true interest and kindness making sure he understood all I was requesting-he also offered helpful advice. I would hire them again and have already passed along his info to my family and friends!

I had nothing but the best customer service from start to finish of the project. Even expressed other projects I am planning. Would highly recommend.

Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. So if you need concrete work big or small job call 7th State Builders to get it done right. I am a woman writing this review very happy with this company. Very professional staff to deal with. They are responsive when they are billing you. Other than that they are not.

They were very professional. The Customer Service was great. The Crew was very professional, hardworking and they cleaned up each day. They did a beautiful job. We will be hiring them in the future for additional jobs. They are not the most inexpensive, if you like quality professional work with great results than this was an exceptional value for us. Every member of the team at 7th State was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for our beautiful Parti-o!
