Deposit was paid and work was scheduled. Then the day that work was supposed to start we were told lie after lie after lie. They didn't call us, we had to continually call them.

Do not call this company. We had work done back in December. They did a terrible job that they had to send out a second crew to fix the work of the first crew. . The second crew came out and said "Sorry we were unable to contain the leak call a plumber." We called a plumber and they fixed the problem right away "I can't believe a foundation company did this type of repair" They have a brochure that has money back guarantee (that's a lie) and, "all customers have a direct line to the owner" (which is also a lie) - still waiting to hear from him. Spent double the money. My mistake always get a second opinion.

They were not able to adequately seal my crawl space vents. I had to do it myself. I was refunded the cost for doing this but they should have been able to find a solution to this as I called their attention to this possible problem weeks before they arrived. The crew was never informed there could be a problem with this. I was charged 2x the retail cost for the Aprilaire Dehumidifier. They did not leave the duct collars that are sold with the unit. They said they would ship them to me but never did. Debris, small stones, etc were left under the vapor barrier. Shop around and consider a smaller local company that may do this work. Buy the dehumidifier yourself and save 1000 bucks. They don't wire it up anyway and do not even wire the condensate bump high-level cut-out safety. When running the condensate line they ripped a hole in the vent screen big enough for a rodent to get through. The crawl space door had gaps around the perimeter and the jamb also had gaps. They never mentioned sealing this area which kind of undermines the whole effort. Very unprofessional. This work was done by the Woodstock GA location.

Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house.
