Santino and his team showed up when they said they would to repair and repaint our bedroom ceiling. They protected floors and furniture and cleaned up after they were done. Price was very reasonable!

Fourth Generation Construction did a beautiful job renovating the entire two bedroom apartment. from painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, closet and replacing the kitchen floor and kitchen countertops. The replaced the bathtub and repaired the plumbing that had a leak. They replaced with new (in the wall") an extra large air condition, hood over the stove and exhaust fan in the bathroom. They repaired and painted the deck and stairs outside. They repaired the window sills outside and painted them, all "IN A TIMELY MANNER"! Lastly, I am also pleased with the painting of the two room office and the replacement of the drop ceiling panels. They are a very nice, friendly team. Their costs are reasonable. I recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed. :-)

Santino and his team did a great job. He was very receptive to making sure the job was done correctly and came back twice after he had completed to tweak a couple of things I requested. He cleaned up at the end of each day.

Santino and his crew came on time every day. They did a wonderful job of power washing my deck and patio. They did a great job scraping and sanding my deck to prepare it for painting. Santino’s crew did an excellent job of replacing a handrail and painting my deck. I would hire them to come back again to do work for me!!

They were awesome. Came back and repainted when I wasn't satisfied with the color. Always came when they said they were going to and finished the job quickly.

The front entry stairs to my home needed to be replaced and rebuilt. The work was all done in three days, demo, removal and rebuild the stairs. The price was very fair and affordable. I had a very good experience with Fourth Generation builders and will be calling them soon for more projects.
