Would not recommend these guys - we hired them to treat for weeds, fertilize, seed, aerate and treat for moles. Results: Weeds were more than I ever had before, seed did not grow, moles are still there and no guarantee on anything as it was insinuated that we did not water we have a sprinkler system that runs twice a day. I was trying to be patient with this company and let them stand behind the seed not working, but they chose not to. I guess we are not that important to them at the end of the day. Probably $800+ spent which was a complete waste since I pulled the plug after they wanted to charge me again to come out and seed again - advice to others: find someone that stands behind their service or do it yourself as you can buy a lot of seed and weed control for that and a few hours of your time or call someone local to our area.

We really like this company. We use to use another big company and okeena does a much more thorough job. The technician alex was very thorough and really seemed to care about our issues & he represented okeena well. We also received wasp control as well as yearly termite inspection. We highly recommend this company .

Do not hire this company!! If they are not charging you for services they never provided, then they are advising you to cut your Crape Myrtles below the knot so they can allegedly treat systemically for an aphid problem. Sadly, not only did my crape myrtles, not bud or bloom, the leaves were sparse and what did grow was eaten by the aphids they were supposed to be treating and charging me for. I ended my tree and shrub service with them after that but kept their lawn service - BIG MISTAKE!! I do not know if they felt slighted after my cancelling the tree/shrub service but they missed the last (winter 2020) and first (spring 2021) treatments. When I called to ask why I have not seen or heard from them (I spoke to both Jason Setliff and Todd Reeder) they tried to lie about calling me to schedule (they never did as I have been home 24/7 since the pandemic and have a machine regardless). Also during that call, which was on a Thursday, Todd said they would be at my home on Monday to treat, and explained that he can do the necessary treatments back to back within 3 weeks or so effectively. Monday came and went and they never showed up and never called to say they were not going to make it. So I called on Thursday, spoke to Jason, who tried to flub his way out of not showing up on Monday, but said he would try to get here that afternoon and if he could not get here he would be here on Friday (April 4th). After he never showed up on Thursday I was done! I hired another company to treat then proceeded to email 4evergreen to discontinue my service effective immediately. I also texted Jason to let him know not to come (pfft, like that was going to happen anyway), that his/their services were no longer needed. He replied back 2 hours later with one word: Perfect. This was highly unprofessional in my opinion but par for the course of how they conduct their business. They are unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional. It is amazing they stay in business at all with this conduct.

More affordable than big name companies, no contract, pay as you go, skip a service call or two if you want, but what blows me away is the customer service. Abe, one of the owners, did our consult and heâ  s great. Saige does our service call reminders. Both are available via text, so if your phone is almost always on silent (like mine), you donâ  t have to worry about missing a call. Busy in a meeting or forgot to call on your lunch break? Just text. On our last service appt, I had been up all night with our baby. I didnâ  t want to risk anybody waking us since we had likely just gotten to nap. I put a note on the door, informing the technician that he didnâ  t need to knock because I had already unlocked our gates and he was good to go. Not only did our tech honor the no-knocking request, he closed and latched our gates when he finished. One of the gates is big and had four points of latching hardware. He latched them all. Our other service people donâ  t. Theyâ  re just all-around a great family company. Theyâ  ll do the services of big name, but without the big cost and pressure for unnecessary add-ons. Itâ  s really nice not having mosquitos!! We can actually enjoy our yard. Weâ  re going to hire them for our termite bond, too

The customer service of the office staff was excellent. There was an issue with treatments and they made attempts to fix the situation. They were able to remove the bad apples, but by then my grass was brown and dead?
