After struggling to get ANY response from electricians for my small lighting problem the response was phenomenal. I got a return call immediately. I was scheduled immediately (instead of listening to sad tales of being so busy and maybe I could get squeezed in in a few months). The service was professional, friendly and efficient. They arrived about 90 minutes late and that's the only reason I gave them 4 instead of a 5. A phone call would have remedied that. I will absolutely call them again.

The workman who came out was great, skilled and efficient. However, I had said it was a smoke alarm problem, and I was surprised the workman didn't carry extra smoke alarms. A large part of his fee involved a trip to Home Depot. I feel I paid too much for the simple jobs that were done.
