We had 3B do more than put a new floor down, they ripped up the old and fixed the joists to lay a new floor for us. They also replaced our staircase (which friends and family continuously complement us for). They're super sturdy! We also had all of the trim removed, replaced and painted. We had carpet installed in the bedrooms and ultimately they repainted our entire upstairs living space. I would highly recommend 3B for reliability, efficiency and overall great communicators if we had questions!!

Marvin was great to work with. I kept putting off this deck project because every contractor I met with couldn't articulate how they'd handle the rebuild and questioned why I wouldn't just replace the deck boards. Marvin completely understood what I was trying to accomplish and why the stair stringers needed to be replaced, explained how he was going to approach the project, was well versed in the composite products available, and his estimate was not only fair but he was transparent with material costs. All in all a great job and experience! He and his crew worked for 2 days straight to get the project done and left the work site and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. And...the true mark of a professional is when there aren't rogue screws or nails anywhere...especially in the driveway!
