They did an awesome job! I am thrilled with the results! They installed turf and rock landscaping/ xeriscaping. It is absolutely gorgeous. It took 2 days to completely transform the yard, and when they left I felt like I was saying goodbye to family. There wasn't a speck of debris left. People continuously drive by and stare at the beauty. It looks better than a golf course or a garden for tourists. I HIGHLY recommend them!

We paid this company $50,000 to do some work for us. She presented herself as a contractor. Which now we know she is not! The work done is extremely shoddy. I honestly do not believe there is one thing her workers touched that they did not mess up . They never protected our floors and got paint on every square inch of our floor. My husband has had to take a scraper and scrape up the paint throughout the entire house inch by inch. We came home one day to our kitchen cabinets missing right off the wall, including the Island. The owner of this company pretended not to know what happened. We called the police. After a couple hours the police called back to let us know that she did not pay the Cabinet Maker therefore he came back and repossessed his cabinets. She refuses to fix things she has messed up including our shower door, a broken vanity backsplash, a closet insert and the floor she laid that is not leveled correctly and now is sinking in. She also refuses to finish the job. She is very unprofessional, dishonest and rude. Unfortunately now it has come to pursuing a lawsuit.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The owner Crysta Johnson is completely unprofessional and is a scam artist. She was hired to do work on my property for $10,000 which $5,000 was the deposit. When the job was done it looked like elementary students had done it. I reached out to Angi and started the suing process for a refun. ANGI then determined that 360 Landscaping LLC was NEGLIGENT with all work and instructed the company to repay $4,195 of the $5,000 deposit. This was due back in October of 2022. Here we are 01/21/2024 and CRYSTA JOHNSON REFUSES TO PAY THE REMAINING $1,500. She then blocked my number and has REFUSED any contact. ANGI LIST NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. Iâ ve been patient and willing to work with CRYSTAL with a payment plan for over a year now but as mentioned SHE IS A SCAM ARTIST. I have text messages, emails, and other forms of interaction with her and her â PROFESSIONALâ company which will cooperate any unpaid dues. I am still owed $1,500.

They were great! From call back to quote to work completed in less than a week! Great value! I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. I had an overwhelming amount of work and they knocked it out in a day. Their scope of work included: prune crepe myrtles, trim hedges, clean up two seasons worth of leaves from eight oak trees, clean and mulch beds, and plant 5 small privacy bushes. I will definitely use them in the future.

On time, great job, very professional, pleasant, cleaned up, looks great, fantastic quality good fair price. They designed the flower beds and added flowers I never would have thought of. I would recommend them and I will reach out to them again in the future.
