Came out an dhelped me oitnin s time of need in the midlde of a project. heloed me troubleshoot and evenyually fixed my issue once we considered all of the options. Job was complete and to my satisfaction while being reasonably priced!

I contacted anywhere from 5-7 different electricians in town for my project and had about 3-4 actually come out to provide an estimate. What made 360 Electric stand out from the rest were two main things: the professional and courteous demeanor of Scott Sauder and the fantastic follow-up throughout the entire process, start to finish. Scott was the point person with whom I spoke with over the phone and he came out to do the initial estimate. He took time and answered all of my questions and was up-front about and potential variables that might arise during the project. Whenever we couldn't connect, he left detailed messages explaining everything I needed to know. Two workers from his crew were on-site for the job and they were also very courteous and respectful. I had a couple questions for them about new changes and next steps and they had great advice for me. I know some of these things seem like simple if not basic expectations, though I can't say this was the case with everyone I reached out to for the job. Be confident in considering 360 Electric!
